The hotel's staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They gave us recommended activities to do in the area, making sure we had an exciting Christmas. the hotel's grounds were great for exploring with abundant wildlife and a variety of activities to do. One thing we particularly enjoyed was a hike that led to viewing numerous Macaws. It was an unforgettable experience.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was a hit and miss. We also noticed that the swimming pool lacked cleanliness, and the water wasn't entirely transparent.

We had a wonderful stay surrounded by an incredible variety of wildlife. the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and even sent us on a hike to see macaws. the grounds were perfect for families with kids and we loved exploring the area. the room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities, plus the bathroom was spotless. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The free activities schedule could have been better communicated or provided in advance.

I had an really good experience staying at this hotel! The hotel is very well-designed to fit into its environment with spacious and clean apartments. the staff was super friendly and cute. I loved the hotel facilities, numerous free activities, and the breakfast on offer.
